The RV industry is constantly in motion and there are always new arrivals to enjoy. Happier Camper recently announced two new campers that customers are sure to love. Happier Camper has long been a pioneer in the world of tiny trailers and these two new arrivals are quite promising. HC1 Studio

  • Unladen Vehicle Weight: 1,500 lbs.
  • Hitch Weight: 180-220 lbs.
  • Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: 3,500 lbs
  • Fresh Water Capacity: 17 gallons
  • Grey Water Capacity: 17 gallons

First of all, let’s talk about the new HC1 Studio. This trailer is quite small (only 10.2 feet long), so it can be towed behind almost any vehicle. It also has a cute, retro-style design that includes rounded windows and a blue and white fiberglass exterior. Even though this camper is small and light, it has the capability to travel off-grid and be self-sustaining for a while.

The HC1 Studio is equipped with solar panels that can charge the battery and power the appliances almost indefinitely. It can also hold 17 gallons of fresh water so you can shower, wash your hands, and clean dishes without hookups. Of course this won’t last forever, but it’s still impressive water storage for a camper of this size.

This Happier Camper is also outfitted with a wet bath. Not many trailers of this size have one, so you can enjoy showers whenever you want. The toilet also uses dry flush technology so it doesn’t need a black water tank. You can simply throw the vacuum-sealed packets away and save water!

Although there isn’t room for a huge cooking space, the HC1 Studio does feature a compact kitchenette. It’s powered by propane and includes a stove, a sink, and a drawer-style fridge.

One of the best parts of this Happier Camper model is the Adaptiv™ components used in the rear section. There’s a 3×3 grid of padded cubes that can be rearranged according to your needs throughout the day.

These cubes include storage space in the bottom and all of them are padded on top for comfort. One cube can act as a cooler, while others have holes in the top that can hold tabletop inserts. When you’re ready to go to sleep, simply arrange all the cubes into a square and enjoy your queen-sized bed! The cubes can be easily added or removed from the living space. You can enjoy a perfect combination of storage and utility.

Happier Camper is extremely proud of this technology and the freedom it gives to their customers. On the product page for the HC1 Studio, they say the Adaptiv™ technology can be used to create “… a camper, mobile office, guest room, retail space, espresso bar, photo booth, art space, meditation pod, hauler, tradeshow, farmers market booth, info kiosk, or all of the above” (source).

Although the HC1 Venture is cheaper, it doesn’t have the same lifestyle amenities as the Studio. This model has a base price of $49,950, but there are options for upgrades that could increase the value.

This tiny camper packs more than a few surprises! Although it may seem small, the possibilities are endless. The adorable retro style also helps it stand out from the competition. If you’re interested in learning more or getting one for yourself, visit the Happier Camper website.

HC1 Venture

Next up, we have the HC1 Venture. Unlike the Studio, this model was built for business, not pleasure! Although it is about the same size, it doesn’t have the same comfortable amenities. As such, this one comes in at an affordable base price of $29,950.

The HC1 Venture maintains the adorable retro style showcased in the Studio, but this model opens up the space for the user. This camper comes with awnings on either side, a huge trunk door, extendable serving bars, and interior and exterior tables. It’s designed for easy loading and unloading.

The Venture also comes with 110v and 220v systems. This enables users to run powerful appliances that they might not be able to power with traditional systems. It’s also lightweight and can be towed by a variety of vehicles and not just heavy-duty trucks.

This vehicle is a bit of a blank slate. Buyers can customize it as they see fit, and businesses can make adjustments to suit their needs. This can serve as a great mobile office or even a business front! You can sell food, crafts, drinks, art, or anything else you can fit inside. You can also use the open space for extra storage if you went this to act as a traditional trailer.

Although the Venture isn’t built for full-time living, it could serve as a nice blank slate for trailer builders. If you’ve always wanted to design your own living space, you might want to consider this as a base. It’s affordable, sturdy, lightweight, and has plenty of free space!

The Venture isn’t currently listed on the Happier Camper website, so it is not available to purchase just yet. As a concept though, this trailer shows a lot of promise. Some people need a stylish place to run their mobile business and a standard camper just doesn’t fit the bill. The Venture is a cute, lightweight, and convenient place to set up shop.
