Fifth wheels create some of the largest and most luxurious living spaces to travel with. Most standard fifth wheel trailers are between 8 and 8.5 feet wide. 8 feet is the industry standard, but some of the larger models require more space. Slide-outs, awnings, and safety equipment can extend this length, but most states have laws that forbid trailers that are more than 8.5 feet wide.

This fifth wheel is 8 and a half feet wide, which is pushing the limits of what is legally allowed. But with the amount of space inside, it’s hardly surprising! This model has 4 different slide-outs of various sizes, as well as an 18-inch awning.
