Oak Alley RV Resort Video Tour

Find Us Camping found a brand new RV resort in Webster, Florida. For those of you who aren’t sure where Webster, FL is, it is about an hour north of Tampa or an hour west of Orlando, in a beautiful rural area.

Surrounded by farmland but just a few minutes from the town of Webster, Oak Alley RV Resort is truly a gem of a campground. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into the development of this property and Jimmy and Lisa couldn’t come up with anything that was left out. They will show you everything about this campground through their ride along tour.

Oak Alley RV Resort Amenities

If you are looking for a clean, well kept campground where they have thought of EVERYTHING, then look no further. Oak Alley is a beautiful park nestled among the giant Spanish moss covered Oaks. The sites are huge and the staff and camp hosts are simply amazing. You truly feel like a part of the family when you are here. This park is brand new and actually is still being developed. When complete there will be approximately 570 full hook-up sites.

While creating this park, Grant seems to have thought of everything. The smallest sites are 36’ x 70’ and most are much larger than that. All are wired for 20/30/50 amp service. Each site comes standard with its own cable modem that provides your rig with wired and/or wireless internet service. This is HUGE for so many people who have to work or who have kids learning virtually on the road.

The clubhouse has a large kitchen and meeting area for banquets or meetings, there are also ping pong and foosball tables in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is surrounded by outside activities as well. Outside amenities include 12 pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits (coming soon), a large pool and hot tub, sand volleyball courts, laundry facility, bathhouse, and on site post office. There is also an on-site woodworking shop for your use while there.

While most sites are back-in sites, there is a group of pull-thru sites with concrete pads, but all sites are full hook-up. You don’t have to worry about being woken up with the loud noises of the city, this park is surrounded by farmland, it is so beautiful and peaceful.

Things to do near Oak Alley Campground

Don’t worry about not being in the city, you are just minutes away from the town of Webster, home of the famous Webster farmer’s market which takes place every Monday from 7am to 2pm. The fresh produce is amazing! If you need something like a Walmart or chain restaurant, you can be to those in 15-20 minutes.

Restaurants near the resort

When you go to Oak Alley, you have got to try out Dough J’s Chicken and Donuts, they are only open Wednesday – Saturday 7am-2pm but their chicken and donuts are to die for.

Lisa was excited to say that their chicken tenders were the best she had ever eaten. They were clearly hand-breaded there and were definitely worth the wait. Oh, and the donuts…homemade custom creations that you will definitely enjoy!

  1. We are very fortunate to be in this remarkable resort and will stay for the remainder of winter. What an incredible find. The hard wired internet is better and faster than any connection we have ever seen in any RV facility. We have already decided and made reservations to return in subsequent winter seasons. Your review is spot on!!

  3. FMCA Southeast Rallies used to be held in Brooksville. Every Monday we headed to Webster for the most fun and now this RV Resort is here. That is Fantastic. We will definitely be checking this one out. Thank you for the tour and for all the memories we have of Webster.

  4. Thanks Jimmy and Lisa for your in-depth RV review. We are newbies and will be heading down to Webster Florida to meet up with friends who are staying at the Class A RV park down the street ( I believe) in the near future and I saw this park listed but didn’t realize that it was open. After seeing this video I will call and make a reservation. Thank you
