A New Luxury RV Resort Is Coming To South Florida

Construction is currently underway for South Florida’s newest senior RV resort: Torrey Trails RV and Golf is already taking reservations at their luxurious new retreat in Bowling Green. 

The 55-and-older resort is set to have spacious, beautifully landscaped RV sites as well as access to many on-site activities including a 9-hole golf course, walking trails through their 30-acre nature preserve, a custom-designed pool, and more.

The new luxury RV resort will offer standard back-ins, premium back-ins, pull-ins, pull-throughs, and corner sites, along with wide paved roadways for easy maneuvering. Each spot will be beautifully landscaped with concrete pads and come equipped with full hookups.

“We welcome Class A, Class B, and Class C, Fifth Wheels, Travel and Destination trailers 22’ and longer,” Torrey Trails advertises on their website. However, truck campers and pop-ups are not allowed at this time. Those with RVs over 10 years old will need approval from management prior to visiting.

Visitors can enjoy complete security when out exploring all the area has to offer, thanks to the resort’s gated perimeters and security cameras. The resort also provides all the modern conveniences needed to stay comfortable, such as reliable WiFi, a fitness center, a comfort station with laundry and showers, and a fenced-in, off-leash dog park. Other amenities at the luxury RV resort will include a cookout pavilion, a clubhouse, and occasional community events.

Activities at Torrey Trails

Guests will also have access to first-class activities on-site, including a 55,000-gallon, custom-designed pool with room for lounging and swimming laps, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

Golfers will enjoy teeing it up in their new 9-hole course with manicured greens and scenic views from each hole. Visitors can also stay active with their pickleball and tennis courts, or take a walk along their 3-mile trail through their nature preserve.

Torrey Trails also makes a great home base while exploring the many attractions of Southern Florida. The resort is just over an hour from Tampa, Fort Myers, and Orlando, home of Disney World, Universal Studios, and more.

Their current rates vary depending on the time of year and type of RV site. They offer daily, weekly, monthly, and even annual rates for those want to stay long-term.

The in-season rates (January to March) range from $59-73 a night; shoulder season rates (April, October-December) are $51-64 a night; and off-season rates (May-September) cost $48-57 nightly.
