Many years ago I was able to buy a 5th wheel at around 70-75% of MSRP. Has this changed in the past few years? Are 5th wheels selling above, at or below MSRP?
The best thing to do is wait a year or two as I think many rv’s will be selling for much less than they are now.

I believe that your high price is a bit low. We recently saw a few that were from $180000-$265000. Like you said though the price reflects the amenities in the fifth but also reflects the quality of the build.

Your Jayco 319MLOK article says it only has 75 lbs of freshwater storage, I suspect this should have been 75 gallons, as 75 lbs is only 9 gallons.
