“Hit The Road RV Summit” Is A One-Day Virtual Crash Course For RV Newbies

Published on June 2nd, 2020 by Natalie Henley

As spring makes way for summer, people have already begun planning alternative routes to vacation time. Gone are the days of airfare and hotel packages, it seems. People instead are looking towards an already present but often overlooked means of enjoying time off: going RVing.

There has been a trending upswing in the RV industry since new social guidelines came into existence with the pandemic. Campground reservations, RV sales, and rental units have increased dramatically over the last couple of months.

This means a lot of people will be out on the road soon.  Many of these folks have little to no background experience with RVing.  Whether these RV owners or renters are looking to get away for a weekend or start a whole new lifestyle as full-time RVers, there is help on the way to get them ready for travel.

The 10-hour summit includes a whirlwind of RV experts, including veteran full-time and seasonal RVers and industry professionals. Topics include selecting the best RV for your needs, finding places to visit and stay, remote work possibilities, roadschooling, solo RVing, staying connected to the internet wherever you travel, RV gear and repair tips, ways to save money on the road, and much more. The intent of the summit is to prepare new RVers for their maiden voyage and let them know what to expect along their travels.
