Is There A Class C Diesel RV With A Garage?
Toy haulers are often very large RVs that have a portion dedicated to a garage/storage space. As such, it’s rare to find a Class C diesel RV with a garage. These vehicles effectively have to double as a toy hauler, but there is one model that balances everything beautifully.

Overview and specs
When you select one of these Super C motorhomes, you will have a choice of 4 different chassis types. Each one is powerful and will be more than capable of hauling the full weight of the motorhome. The options include:

- Volvo VNR 113
- Peterbilt Model 567
These chassis options all have horsepower between 500-600 and engine torque of 1850 lb. ft. They are impressively strong and will perform well on the roads.

Layout
Now that the technical stuff is out of the way, let’s talk about all the great features of this Class C diesel RV with a garage. Since this vehicle is 45 feet long, there’s plenty of room for amenities.
Let’s start at the back! The very rear of this motorhome is where you can find the garage. This space spans the entire width of the RV and is about 9 feet long. It’s mostly just open space that can be used to store bulky gear or even small vehicles. A stacked washer and dryer sit in one corner of this room, so it can double as a laundry room if necessary.
The main bedroom sits on the other end of this garage. This section has a pair of opposing slideouts that expand the space. The room also has a mini king bed, tiled floor, a wall-mounted TV, and a spacious closet. The bathroom separates the master bedroom from the rest of the RV.
This bathroom spans the width of the RV and has sliding doors on both sides to make it easily accessible. It’s fairly roomy for a motorhome bathroom and has all the essentials you need to refresh and relax. On the other side of the bathroom, we have the combined living room and kitchen.
This section also has a pair of opposing slideouts. One contains a dinette and Flexsteel sofa that can convert into another bed. The other holds the huge residential refrigerator, sink, microwave, and cooktop. Overhead cabinets line the walls in this space, and there’s also a nice pull-out pantry.
To round out the equation, there’s an extra bunk above the driver’s cab. Combined with all the other sleeping spaces in this RV, this motorhome is well equipped to host families and large groups.

- Interior: Ceiling fan installations, free-standing dinette substitute, quartz countertops, electric heated tile, central vacuum system, and a stainless steel dishwasher.
- Garage: A choice of two insulation packages, tinted side windows, optional bunk bed installations, and an access hatch in the roof.
- Water System: 10-gallon water heater, vessel bowl sink in the bathroom, tiled shower, Flo-jet macerator, and a double bowl kitchen sink.
- Mechanical: 35,000 BTU LP gas furnace, additional outlets, Max-Aire roof vent, LP coupler in the storage compartment, and an additional 8-D AGM battery.
- Electrical: Upgraded Smart TVs, motorized TV slide, exterior entertainment center, handheld CB radio, and stationary satellites.
Buyers can also choose from a variety of decoration options for the interior and exterior. There are lots of different design schemes and paint jobs that are available for this design. With all these choices, you can keep it as simple or complex as you want!
Additional floor plans
Due to the amenities and overall size, we believe that the IWS Signature Series Motocross Edition 45′ Quad Slide is the best Class C diesel RV with a garage. However, there are a few other floor plans by the same manufacturer that give it some real competition.
In terms of the overall layout, these motorhomes are almost identical. They just have a few changes in terms of the measurements and some of the upgrades. For instance, many of the other floor plans don’t have a washer and dryer in the garage. One also has three slideouts instead of four.

That is the best walk though I have seen by IWS . I have owned three Wanderlodges and two 45′ newells and your presentation impressed me. The only comment I can make is the lack of a navigation system.
I understand that if you have a smart phone it will display the program on the screen, but those programs although are good, I have developed a better one made from on hand experience of motohoming since 1982. I have a map of low bridges, campgrounds that will hold a 40 and 45 foot motorhome, road notes, mountain passes, fuel stops with links to their websites, walmart’s that allow parking overnight and those that don’t and much more.
A price would be nice
