New Campervan Rental Company Offers Customizable Road Trips
The founders of Nomad Be Happy, a new campervan rental company in Chattanooga, Tennessee, are helping folks create their dream travel adventure, one customer at a time.
With their easy to maneuver, well-equipped, customizable van conversions, couples, families, or a group of friends can camp (or rather vamp) anywhere from the woods to urban settings.
Instead of staying in a hotel or renting a cumbersome Class C motorhome, founders Robby and Lindsey Eskridge offer a more unique, compact, and convenient way to experience Chattanooga and nearby places. Their website mentions, “As a gateway to the South, Chattanooga is within hours of many major cities and states, making it the perfect jump-off point for your next Nomad adventure.”
What to expect
Fully converted Ford Transit vans from Vandoit Adventure Vans can be rented out as passenger vans or for overnight travel. A van can comfortably seat 11 people for a group tour of the town or sleep up to 4 people for a camping adventure of a lifetime.
Depending on customer preferences, the campervans can be outfitted with platform beds, additional seating, and shore or solar power. Add-ons include a kitchen pod, cassette toilet, and even a bike mount and repair stand. Travelers can also bring Fido along for the journey.

Along with many customizable amenities, the Eskridges provide a kind of gift bag they have dubbed the Chatt Swag Bag. “Renters are provided with a swag bag filled with Nomad essentials provided by our partners from all around the Chattanooga area that will be sure to elevate your Nomad experience,” their website states.
“Chattanooga is the city that Lindsey and I, kinda came together in,” proclaimed Robby. “It’s become our city and we love the city, we love the people that we’ve met in it. And we’re excited to promote it and help keep Chattanooga going.”
